MEI-Travel and our subsidiary divisions such as Mouse Fan Travel™ (Collectively called MEI herein) value your privacy. Because protecting your privacy is important to us, we have taken the following steps to insure your trust:

What personal information is being gathered by MEI and how is this information being used?

Member Profile
Clients can choose to provide MEI with travel preferences, contact information, and other personal information. This information is primarily used by our travel consultants to assist clients in creating the perfect vacation experience.

Deletion of Member Profile Data
Clients have the right to request the deletion of their personal data that MEI holds by emailing info@mei-travel.com at any time. 

Newsletters
MEI's newsletters are optional benefits for our clients that keep you up to date with the latest news and travel deals. Your e-mail address is necessary to receive these newsletters. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom which will immediately and totally remove your email address from our database.

Online Surveys
MEI values opinions and comments from our clients, so we frequently conduct online surveys. These surveys are entirely optional for all clients. Typically, the information is aggregated and used to make improvements to MEI and our web sites and to develop appealing content, features and promotions for members.

Cookies
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. MEI uses cookies in several ways. We use cookies to allow you to log in without having to type your log-in name each time. Instead, only your password is needed to access the system. We also use cookies to track your usage our web sites. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. IP Addresses and Browser Information
MEI collects IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers and for system administration. We collect basic information about your browser (such as brand, version, and language) in order to improve our web sites.

Please be aware that we may have links on our site to third party web sites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. This Privacy Statement does not cover the information practices or policies of such web sites. When you click on one of these links, you are entering another web site for which MEI has no responsibility. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of all such sites as their policies may be materially different from MEI's Privacy Statement. Of course, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any account information. Please be very careful, responsible, and alert with this information, especially whenever you're online.

Who will the information be shared with, if anyone?

When you reserve or purchase travel services through MEI, we provide information about you to the cruise line, airline, car-rental agency, hotel, or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.

Opt Out Policy
At anytime, you can unsubscribe from MEI's newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in every newsletter we send out. You can also send an email to unsubscribe@mei-travel.com at any time and request that we remove your personal information from our database. Unsubscribing by email may take as long as three full business days.

Legal Requirements
In addition to the circumstances described above, MEI may disclose member information if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights or properties of MEI or when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities.

Any material changes in the way MEI uses personal information will be described in future versions of this Privacy Statement. MEI will attempt to respond to all reasonable concerns or inquiries within five business days of receipt.
