Heather Rawle

Driven by an early and compelling fascination for all things Disney, Heather Richards has developed a deep and extensive body of experience in the vacation travel industry. Fueled by inspirations instilled from having lunch with Imagineers Alex Wright and Peter Ricci, immersed at the edge of the Galaxy while building a lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop, and simply reveling in the many splendid encounters with Cast Members at Disney’s various parks, Heather has developed a deep appreciation for the awe and wonder that a truly memorable Disney experience provides. Heather’s passion in life is to share this awe and wonder with others: freely providing her Disney expertise with friends and family, new and old; organizing adventures for groups of any size; and being constantly available to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with a booking, during travel, or after a group returns to their home location.

With “Be Our Guest” as her guiding star, Heather strives to provide exceptional memories for every client’s adventure. From family vacations to any of the twelve famous Disney parts, to adventurous cruises across the world’s briny oceans tossed, to thrilling eco excursions to the planet’s most amazing destinations, Heather employs her vast network of resources and acumen to deliver the most perfect, unforgettable getaway.

To further provide the absolute best experience for her clients, Heather maintains an aggressive professional development schedule. She is in constant communication with transportation, vacation package, venue, and attraction vendors, frequently attending seminars and information sessions. She constantly monitors upcoming events of special interest to her clients and friends. And she carefully monitors her custom-built travel industry newsfeed for any items of relevance to her network for clients, colleagues, family, and friends.

When not serving the interests of her guests, Heather enjoys an active life with her family in central Maine. She is a member of the WDW Radio Running team and frequently participates in both Disney organized and locally organized events. She is actively involved with the Miracle German Shepherd Network of Maine and often donates her time to the rehabilitation of homeless animals. And, true to her core, she maintains a deep fascination with all things Disney, often reading the stories of famous Imagineers involved in many of the most loved Disney attractions known today.
