I have encountered many travel specialists but Laurie is head and shoulders above anyone else I have ever dealt with. She always follows up, is very responsive to our requests and has some really great ideas to make a trip more memorable. She also treats us, I believe, as if we are family and I mean that in a good way. We used to spend hours and hours planning trips now we just say call MEI ! I don't normally take this kind of time to write anything, but I believe that MEI and Laurie need the well deserved praise!! I'm already looking to the next trip and I take every opportunity to tell others about this great travel advisor and the company.
