Gwen has been there for us at a moment's notice and is always a step ahead of our needs. We booked a Christmas market cruise for Dec 2021 with Gwen and it was canceled two days before the trip. Gwen was on it before we even knew and had options to rebooked for 2022. It was a beautiful trip. She also sent a fun pre-trip package that added to our excitement.

Jan was amazing! She answered all my questions and had all the information we needed. She truly made the trip as simple as possible (which was great because I don’t fly often). Our trip was exactly what we needed, a long enough hotel stay for a wedding and then a few days extra to take in the sites of LA. A great trip to our first time at Disneyland and Universal Studios Hollywood. It was like our honeymoon all over again (which Jan also booked then and made it just as perfect!). We’ll definitely be using this service again and maybe next time for a cruise! ;)

Amanda found us the perfect vacation on a 7 day cruise to Alaska! It was amazing! We stayed in Canada the day before. Everything was smooth sailing from start to finish as well as transportation. Jan was extraordinary! We ended up having to postpone our vacation due to unexpected medical problems. Jan was amazing and adjusted all of our reservations and continued to look for better deals for our new travel dates. She saved us $600! I can't imagine having to navigate the whole change process ourselves. I knew everything was under control and I could count on Jan to do whatever was necessary to have the same experience on a different set if dates. Everything was so fun, we even added an additional night to our trip after our arrival...so efficiently too :) we are more than satisfied and brag about Jan to anyone who will listen!

Our vacation planner did everything she could to bring our total package cost lower. Which to me is really important because it was 5 of us traveling and things can become costly overall.
Sara was very nice and attentave. She even checked up on us during our vacation to make sure everything was going as planned and that we were happy.

I've used MEI (Jan Pepe specifically) for years in booking my numerous Disney trips. I've always received prompt and courteous service and have recommended Jan to MANY co-workers. The co-workers are equally pleased. I have no suggestions for improvement as Jan handles everything I need for every trip!
Jan Pepe ALWAYS goes above and beyond when making my Disney arrangements. If there is a resort that is full or a package that is not available, she continually checks to see if other options come open. In this particular trip, a room came open at the last minute where we wanted to stay at a reasonable rate, and Jan was able to get it for me. I would NEVER plan a Disney trip without using Jan.

Recently, a few days before our last trip, my husband fell and broke his hip. She rearranged all of our rooms so that my daughter could travel with my parents. It freed me up to take care of my husband while my family could still enjoy their time together. She had to rebook our entire vacation and was absolutely phenomenal. It was such a relief to me.
